2014: One of five Patriots to appear in all 56 games, getting the start in 55... Matched his previous season's batting average of .294 with 60 hits and 13 doubles to go along with 15 RBI and 26 runs scored... Top five on the team in almost every major offensive category, including slugging percentage (.358, fifth), on-base percentage (.372, third), walks (24, T-3rd) and stolen bases (five, T-2nd)... Second on the club with seven sacrifice bunts... Perfect 5-5 at the plate with five runs scored and three RBI in 22-5 win over Morehead St. (2/16)... 4-5 effort with one run scored and an RBI against his former North Carolina Tar Heels (3/11)... 15 multiple hit games... 2013: Made 47 appearances with 44 starts ... hit .294 with 50 hits, 14 doubles, a triple and a home run, 30 RBI's and 21 runs scored ... set career single-season highs in hits, doubles, home runs and RBI's while tying runs scored and stolen base totals ... led the team in stolen bases (9) and sacrifice flies (6) while standing second in RBI's (30), third in doubles (14), fourth in batting average (.294), and fifth in slugging percentage (.406) and runs scored (21) ... drove in a season-high four runs with a 3-for-5 showing at the plate in a loss to Georgetown on April 16 ... first career home run came in a win over Temple on April 24, when he finished the day 3-for-4 with three RBI's and three runs scored finished the season with five 3+ hit games ... ended 2013 with a four-game hitting streak, going 8-for-19.

2012: Appeared in 49 games with 47 starts in the outfield ... finished the season batting .256 with 46 hits, 25 RBI's and 21 runs scored ... owned an 11-game hit streak from March 21-April 7, when he was 17-for-42 (.405) with 10 RBI's, 7 runs scored, three doubles and a triple ... the hit streak overlapped a 14-game on-base streak from March 21-April 13 ... drove in a season-high two runs on five occasions, including both games of the CAA Tournament ... had three stolen bases while going 2-for-2 at the plate on March 6 at Mt. St. Mary's ... went 3-for-5 with two doubles and drove in the go-ahead run as the Patriots won at Maryland on April 3.

2011: Sat out the season after transfering from North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Prep: Played baseball for four years and football for one year for the Cadets ... earned four letters in baseball ... honor roll every semester ... All-Conference as a sophomore, junior and senior ... All-DC Team ... participated in Under Armour All-American Game ... Louisville Slugger All-American ... hit .335 all of high school with 2 home runs, 7 triples, and 15 doubles ... totaled 60 RBI's.

Personal: Parents are Mike and Dale Leemhuis ... has one sibling Matt, who played football at UVA ... also recruited by UNC, Virginia Tech, Clemson, South Carolina, JMU, Richmond, UNC Charlotte, and Maryland ... hobbies are golf and fishing ... major is sports management.
