Annapolis, Md. - The George Mason women's tennis team heads off to the US Naval Academy this weekend to compete in the Bill & Sandra Moore Invitational tournament, as the Patriots kick off their fall 2026 schedule.
Tournament Information
The Patriots will compete in singles and doubles tournament action this weekend against athletes from Navy, Delaware State, Lehigh, Maryland, Mary Washington, Monmouth, and Morgan State from Friday, September 18, to Sunday, September 20.
Returning & New Patriots
Cenan Liu returns for her senior year with George Mason, coming off her junior season in which she earned Atlantic 10 Second Team Honors and finished with five singles wins and six doubles wins that year. Brooklyn Siegel also returns for her senior year, coming off a 2025-26 campaign in which she appeared in all 19 doubles matches for the Patriots.
Rowan Scornce joins George Mason for her freshman season. In her prep career, Scornce earned MVP, All-State, and All-County honors each season from 2023-26 and was the number seven ranked player in Georgia in her recruiting class. Gray Feaster is another exciting incoming freshman; Feaster was the number four ranked player in Tennessee in her recruiting class, earned TSWA All-Team honors, and was a Tennessee Qualifier Champion and a Rome Singles Champion during her prep time.

The Patriots head to Towson, Maryland, for the Towson 4-1 Invitational next. The tournament will take place from Friday, September 25, to Sunday, September 27.
