As George Mason Basketball continues to establish itself as NOVA's Team, the athletics department is evolving the EagleBank Arena gameday experience to match the momentum on the court.
Hospitality and environmental upgrades in 2026-27 will be designed to create a place for every fan, from Patriot Club members, to students to families.
Over the past three seasons, the George Mason men's and women's basketball programs have transformed EagleBank Arena into one of the toughest home venues in the Atlantic 10. The Patriots have combined to win nearly 90 percent of their home games while earning a trio of A-10 titles in the process. These enhancements are designed to further strengthen that homecourt advantage while creating a memorable gameday experience for all members of Mason Nation.
Planned enhancements include the new Courtside Club, the Patriot Lounge, a more streamlined Mason Maniaks student section, and an updated East Concourse featuring a Family Zone, Kids Area and Beer Garden.
NEW! Courtside Club & Baseline Loge Seating
The 2026-27 basketball season introduces a reimagined hospitality program designed to elevate gameday for members. Central to this reimagined plan is the new Courtside Club, the premier George Mason Athletics' hospitality experience that will serve as the primary gathering space for Green Coat Society Members, AND 1 Members, and Baseline Loge patrons. This in-arena club will be housed behind the baseline in the East End Zone and include a prime courtside seating and bar/lounge area.
The baseline loge seating will feature courtside seats which can be purchased as season tickets to catch all the action from the baseline at EagleBank Arena.

NEW! The Patriot Lounge
The Patriot Lounge will replace the former Gold Room hospitality area and will be housed in the former EagleBank Arena Green Room starting during the 2026-27 season. The Patriot Lounge is located on the lower level of EagleBank Arena and features direct hallway access to the arena bowl. Each season hospitality pass will include two complimentary drinks per person pregame and one drink at halftime. A Patriot Lounge membership also includes a number of additional perks which can be utilized throughout the season.

Mason Maniaks Student Section
To continue to enhance the homecourt advantage that has propelled George Mason Basketball over the past two seasons, the Mason Maniaks student section will move directly next to the Green Machine pep band to better align cheers, chants and overall student spirit. The new student section will encompass Sections 104-109.
NEW! Family Zone, Beer Garden & Kids Area
Above the new Courtside Club, the upper portions of Sections 123 and 124 will serve as George Mason's new family zone, with family ticket offers and entry level pricing designed to create a price point affordable for all fans. Adjacent to these sections in the updated East Concourse, the previous Gold Room space will now feature a Kids Zone and Beer Garden with activities, Pop A Shots and more.
NEW! Hospitality Goes Digital in 2026-27
Starting this season, Courtside Club and Patriot Lounge hospitality will be transitioning to a digital ticketing system to streamline access and reduce wait times. More information about the transition will be available this fall.
Season Ticket & Hospitality Timeline
Season ticket holders who are renewed in full or on a payment plan by July 31 will have priority access to hospitality, and passes will be awarded based on Patriot Club priority points.
Starting this season, season tickets and seat fees represent the ticket portion of an annual contribution. Hospitality memberships are a separate element and are processed as a separate transaction.
