The all-time series between the programs is tied 3–3. The teams last met at the Weiler Orthodontics Invitational in Harrisonburg, Va., in February 2024. The Patriots claimed a 6–5 win on Feb. 16, before the Wildcats responded with a 10–7 victory two days later.

LAST TIME OUT
George Mason dropped a 7–5 midweek contest to Mount St. Mary's despite rallying to tie the game in the sixth. The Patriots got solo home runs from Madi Sobota and Tess Altevers Harris and swiped three bases, but a two-run seventh inning by the Mountaineers proved decisive. Logan Pickford led the offense with two hits, a double, and two stolen bases, while Altevers Harris scored twice.
