FAIRFAX, Va. -- George Mason women's lacrosse returns home to George Mason Stadium for a midweek match up against the Howard Bisons on Tuesday afternoon.
This is the fourth match up between the two teams. The Patriots leads the series 3-0. In their last meeting in February 2025, George Mason defeated Howard 19-7.
