FAIRFAX, Va. - Graduate student Kennedy Drish was named the Atlantic 10 Women's Field Performer of the Week for the second time this indoor season following a standout performance in the pole vault, the conference announced Tuesday.

Drish secured her third victory of the indoor campaign with a clutch showing at the Penn Classic, clearing a personal-best height of 4.26m. The mark came on her third and final attempt, underscoring her poise under pressure and continued dominance in the event.

With the performance, Drish surpassed the previous Penn Classic meet record of 3.96m and further separated herself from the competition atop the Atlantic 10 season rankings, where she continues to hold the top mark in the conference.

The 4.26m clearance also places Drish 32nd on the NCAA Indoor Qualifying List, strengthening her national standing as the season progresses. Additionally, the mark keeps her second on George Mason's all-time pole vault list, trailing only Madissa Marshall's program record of 4.30 meters set in 2014.

Drish previously earned her first Atlantic 10 Women's Field Performer of the Week honor of the year on January 27, after setting what was then a personal-best mark of 4.24m at the Hokie Invitational.

George Mason track and field will wrap up its regular-season road slate next weekend. The Patriots are set to travel to Lynchburg, Va., for the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational, taking place Friday, February 13, through Saturday, February 14. Additionally, Biruk Beardsley will compete at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University, where he is slated to race in the 5000m on Friday, February 13.
