PHILADELPHIA – The George Mason University rowing team opened its fall schedule at the Head of the Schuykill this weekend in the City of Brotherly Love.
The Patriots raced two 4+ boats and an eight boat on the day during a competitive day of racing.
"Our 4s performed well today," head coach

Although the overall results weren't what we wanted, all of our eights came off the water pleased with their rows. The team has made good improvements this fall. Our races were indicative of the work we've been doing in practice. Now our task is to elevate the work we do in practice so we can see the results on race day."
