KETTERING, Ohio – Solid performances by JJ Powell and Philipp Krone today weren't enough to move George Mason Patriots up the leaderboard in the final round of the Moraine Intercollegiate, finishing eleventh in the 16-team field.

Senior Vijay "JJ" Powell carded an eagle on the Par 5, 638-Yard Hole 8 today to finish with a one-under-par 70 today. He moved up 21 spots today to finish tied for 18th in the field of 81. He recorded 38 pars in the 54-hole event, ranking him tied for first with four other golfers.
