Dates: Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 20-21, 2025
Format: 54 holes – 36 holes on Saturday beginning with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m., followed by 18 holes on Sunday starting at holes #1 and #10 at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Fairfax, Va. – The George Mason golf team is in tenth place heading into the final round of the The Goat Invitational played in Annapolis today and tomorrow.
George Mason was led today by sophomore
Vaughn McMeans who stands in 11th overall with a 144 (71-73) two-round score. The sophomore carded seven birdies today at the Naval Academy's Par-71 6970-yard championship course.
Junior
JJ Powell delivered a two round 147 (+5) to remain in the top 25. Sophomore David Fuhrer scored an eagle on the Par 4 300-yard Hole 12 in the first round. He finished 75-76 (151) on the day.
Uzair Mirza rounded out the scoring for the Patriots (78-76).
The Patriots tee off at 8:00 am on Sunday for the third and final round.
