FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason University men's tennis student-athletes Jacco Arends, Milan Gonela and Niza Simunyola have been named ITA Scholar-Athletes for the 2024-25 season.
 
To qualify for the individual award, a student-athlete must carry a GPA of at least 3.5 for the current academic year.
 
Arends, who also earned a spot on the A-10 All-Academic Team and VaSID All-State Academic Team, is now a two-time ITA Scholar-Athlete. Gonela and Simunyola earned the honor for the first time in their careers.
