FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason softball team hosts the Georgetown Hoyas on Wednesday, April 9th.

Military Appreciation Day

 
A LOOK AT THE PATRIOTS
The Patriots played the Fordham Rams this past weekend and lost the series 3-0. On day one, Fordham won 2-1 and 7-3. The next day, the Rams won 4-3 in extra innings off a walk-off double.
 
Elyssa DeRosa went 5 for 11 (.455), including one double on the weekend. Tess Altevers Harris was 4 for 10 (.400) with three doubles. Jessica Chan was 3 for 9 (.333) and recorded one RBI.
 
As a team, the Patriots are ranked first in the Atlantic 10 conference for total stolen bases (69) and stolen bases per game (1.77). They rank first in the conference and ninth in the nation for triples (15). George Mason is second in the conference for earned run average (3.41) and fourth for hits (242).
 
Kamryn Inman is ranked second in the A-10 in stolen bases (17) and third for stolen bases percentage (0.895).
Tess Altevers Harris is third in the conference for slugging percentage (0.694) and triples per game (0.13).
 
Elyssa DeRosa is ranked first in the Atlantic 10 and fifth in the nation for triples (6)
 
Emily Lampela is third in the conference for hit-by-pitch (7)
