The Patriots won game one 3-1 off a triple from
Tess Altevers Harris and hits by
Emily Lampela and
Madi Sobota. The Hawks won game two 5-2, out hitting the Patriots 11-4
In game three, both teams' extraordinary defense led this game into extra innings. In the bottom of the 10
th inning,
Logan Pickford hit a walk-off home run over the left field wall, giving George Mason the win 1-0 and the series win 2-1.
