FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's lacrosse team returns to action on Wednesday, March 26, at 4 p.m. to take on the Davidson Wildcats at George Mason Stadium. The game is a Faculty Appreciation game and will be streamed on ESPN+.

George Mason and Davidson are 6-8, historically, dating back to the Patriots' inaugural season in 1994, in which the Green & Gold came away victorious, 14-5. In their last matchup, the Wildcats beat the Patriots, 16-6.

Defensively, Davidson allows 9.11 goals per game while forcing 70 turnovers and collecting 164 ground balls. They have secured 112 draw controls but trail their opponents slightly in that category. Goalie Kayla Joyce has logged over 533 minutes with a .500 save percentage and a goals-against average of 9.22. Their clear percentage stands at 90.1%, slightly lower than their opponents' 91.3%.
