FAIRFAX, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its 2025 Cross Country All-Academic Teams today and George Mason's Ella Semple has been named to the A-10 Women's All-Academic Team, honoring her outstanding excellence both academically and in competition.

Semple, a graduate student pursuing her Master of Science in Management with a graduate certificate in Business Analytics at the Costello College of Business, has balanced rigorous academic work with a dominant season on the course. Her year was highlighted by her individual championship victory at the 2025 Atlantic 10 Conference Championships, where she captured the women's cross country 6K title in Cedarville, Ohio.

The A-10 All-Academic Team is voted on by the conference's sports information directors and recognizes student-athletes who excel in both academic performance and competitive achievement. Semple's selection reflects her commitment to high-level performance in both arenas.

Semple's honor adds to a milestone season for the Patriots, who continue to build momentum and competitive depth within the conference.
