FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason University's Department of Athletics proudly announces a record-setting year of impact and generosity, raising $3,500,503 overall during the 2025 fiscal year and $450,838 during the 24-hour Mason Vision Day campaign.

The extraordinary support came through 2,808 total commitments throughout the year, including 1,016 gifts on Mason Vision Day — a clear testament to the growing passion and pride within the Mason Nation.

"We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters," said Marvin Lewis, Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics. "Their belief in our mission fuels everything we do—empowering student-athletes with the resources to excel in competition, in the classroom, and in the community. The momentum from this historic year will carry forward into 2025–26 as we continue to pursue our mission - to inspire and transform lives through the power of sport."

This year's success was powered by gifts of all sizes—including $312,596.50 from 2,441 donors who gave under $1,000—underscoring that every contribution, large or small, makes a meaningful difference.

The unwavering support of our alumni, fans, families, and friends directly impacts student-athlete recruitment and retention, sport-specific initiatives, facility enhancements, and student-athlete development programs—ensuring that George Mason Athletics continues to thrive at the highest level.
