FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's and women's cross country teams are set to compete at the 2025 Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 1 at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course in Cedarville, Ohio. The event is hosted by the University of Dayton.
The men's 8K race is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the women's 6K race at 10:50 a.m.
After several weeks of steady preparation, both Patriot squads enter the championship portion of the season ready to deliver their strongest performances of the year. The teams have focused on building consistency and competing cohesively heading into the conference meet.
Head coach
Andrew Gerard shared his thoughts ahead of Saturday's race:
"We're definitely excited to get into the championship portion of the season — this is what we train for all year. We've worked on putting the pieces in place over the past handful of weeks, and I'm confident that we're in a good place physically and mentally to have our best team race of the season this weekend."
