FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's basketball program will take center stage this season, as the Patriots are slated to appear on national television four times. Three games will air on CBS Sports Network, with a fourth to be broadcast on an ESPN platform.
George Mason will make its national TV debut on Sunday, January 4, when the Patriots travel to Richmond to face VCU at 12 p.m. ET on CBS Sports. The Green & Gold will return to the spotlight a week later with a January 11 road matchup against regional-rival George Washington, also airing on CBS Sports at 12 p.m. ET.
The Patriots will close out their three-game CBS Sports stretch on January 18, heading to Philadelphia to meet Saint Joseph's at 2 p.m. ET.
George Mason will then host Richmond on Sunday, January 25, with the game set to air on an ESPN Network. Specific broadcast details and tip-off time will be announced at a later date.
The four national television appearances highlight George Mason's growing presence on the national stage following a historic 2024–25 campaign. Under head coach Vanessa Blair-Lewis, the Patriots captured their first Atlantic 10 Championship and NCAA Tournament berth, setting program records for wins, conference victories, and national ranking.
The Green & Gold tip-off their season on November 3 at Temple Universiry. Their home opener is on November 10 vs. Florida A&M at EagleBank Arena.
