Fairfax, Va.- George Mason travel south for Blacksburg, Va. To compete in the Hokie Invitational hosted by Virginia Tech. The Patriots are coming off from impressive performances last week at the Nittany Lion Challenge and are looking to continue the positive form.

Geni Roberts, and
Jalen Johnson were all rewarded A10 weekly awards for their performances at Penn State. Susan ran the fastest time in the A10 conference for the 60m with a time of 7.52.
Geni Roberts finished 1
st in the long jump with a mark of 7.28m and achieved the 2
nd farthest jump in the conference so far.
Jalen Johnson also impressed by running 6.81 and finishing 5
th in the 60m but achieved the fastest time in the A10.
The two-day meet will begin at 4 pm on Friday, January 24. The women's pole vault unseeded event will inaugurate the meet. The first track event will start at 5 pm with the women's mile run and the first day will conclude with the men's 3,000m run at 9:05 pm.
The second day of the Hokie Invitational begins at 11:30 am with the women's pole vault-seeded. It will be followed by the men's high jump and the women's shot put at 12 pm. The first running event is set to start at 2:30 pm with the women's 400m run. The conclusion of the Hokie Invitational will be at 5:10 pm with the men's 4x400m relay closing of the meet at Blacksburg.
