Fairfax, Va. – The George Mason golf team will head north to Pennslyvnia to participate in the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational, September 30-October 1.
The field of 14 teams will play two days which feature three rounds at the par 72, 7,526-yard Mystic Rock Golf Course at Nemacolin Resort in Farmington, Pennsylvania. The event will be hosted for the first time by West Virginia University.
Last Time Out: The Patriots are coming off a 6th-place finish at the Howard/USF Intercollegiate, where they scored the second-best round in the field in the final round. Junior
Samir Davidov carded a 4-under-par 66 in the round, which was the lowest score in the 72-player field. He finished T11 overall.
Sophomore JJ Powell would finish 16th overall, improving from a 74 in round one with even-par rounds to finish.
