WASHINGTON, D.C. – Three Patriots were named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams on Wednesday afternoon, as announced by the league office.

Graduate student Shannon Tuozzo (First Team), Daniella Jimenez (Rookie Team) and graduate student Morgan Gunn (Academic Team) all earned postseason honors for the first time in their respective careers. It marks the second-straight year that a Patriot has been named to the All-Academic Team and the most honors in a single season since 2021 when they placed four on postseason teams.

Tuozzo's First Team nod is the first time since 2019 that a George Mason player has appeared on that team. The graduate student has had a record-breaking season while leading both the team and conference in multiple categories and sitting in the top-50 nationally. The Hauppague, N.Y. native set the single-season goal record at Mason on Saturday with her 60th of the season, also the top mark in the Atlantic 10 and 14th among all of Division I. She has tallied 12 hat tricks on the season, including six against conference opponents. Tuozzo also leads the team and is second in the conference with 73 points and has notched at least one in every game this year and ranking second all-time in program history. The midfielder is also first on the team and second in the A-10 with 96 draw controls, also good for second all-time at Mason. Tuozzo has also tallied a team-high 30 ground balls with 11 caused turnovers.

Jimenez caps an impressive freshman campaign with an All-Rookie nod, the first for a Patriot since 2021. The attacker out of Woodbridge, Va. tallied 13 goals and 17 points in her first season in the Green & Gold, with 15 of those points coming against Atlantic 10 opponents. She had her best game of the season against nationally-ranked Richmond in late March, scoring four goals, kicking off a six-game scoring streak. The freshman also contributed six ground balls and four assists in 2024. Jimenez also earned two Rookie of the Week nods this season.

Gunn has scored a career-high 24 goals and 33 points this season. The native of Queenstown, Md. has also contributed 17 ground balls and eight caused turnovers as a midfielder. A vital role to the team's leadership, Morgan is a team captain, and brings a calm and confident presence on and off the field. She is a leader off the field as well, serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, spearheading several community service projects for the team. In the classroom, she will graduate with a Master's in Biology and a 4.00 GPA. Gunn has also made Dean's List, is a Provost Scholar and has been recognized on the Atlantic 10 honor roll.

The trio and the rest of the Patriots open the Atlantic 10 tournament tomorrow, May 2, at 3 p.m. against third-seed Davidson in Pittsburgh, Pa.
