Fairfax, Va.- The Patriots will be back at home at the Field House in Fairfax, Va. This will be the last meet before Mason travels down to Virginia Beach to compete in the A10 Indoor Championships. This will be the second home meet held in the Field House, the Patriot Games held earlier this month had unforgettable performances from the home team.
The meet will begin at 2pm with the women's Long Jump and the women's 60-meter hurdles. It will go on until 5:45 pm, the last event will be the men's 4x400 meter relay. The final field event will be at 5pm with the women's shot put concluding the field events.
Last home meet for the Patriots, we witnessed
Walt Bannerman achieve a new personal best of 5.13m finishing in first and going up to second in the All-Time records list. Abdurrazzaq Hassan competed in his first heptathlon, completing all six events in one day, earned the first spot with 4553 points and entering the All-Time records list in sixth.
Bobby Kestyn also attained a personal best in the weight throw with a mark of 18.49m, raising his place in the All-Time list to third.
Olamide Enajekpo finished in second in the women's weight throw with a mark of 16.28m.
Noelle Foss placed third in the 60m dash and
Marisa Santamauro finished in second in the pentathlon after completing all five event in one day.
