2024 Schedule

FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University men's tennis team has released its 2024 spring schedule, which includes seven home matches, and three in-state road contests against Mary Washington, JMU, and Virginia Tech.
 
The Patriots start their spring season with a home match against Georgetown on January 20 at 6:45 p.m. They then hit the road to play at Liberty (January 21), Navy (January 27), and Mary Washington (February 3).
 
The Patriots then return home to face Loyola Maryland at the Burke Racquet & Swim Club on February 10 at 6:45 p.m. Then, taking a swing through Southern Virginia, the Patriots will face the JMU Dukes on February 17 and Virginia Tech Hokies on February 18.
 
From there, the Patriots will head to Hilton Head, S.C. for spring break where they will compete in PTR Spring Tennis Fest March 2-10. Dates and match opponents will be announced soon.
 
Returning to Fairfax, the Green & Gold will face Boston University at 11 a.m. on March 23 before a 2-day road trip to Philadelphia where they will face host Saint Joseph's (March 29) and St. Bonaventure (March 30).
 
The Patriots then return home for a two-match homestand against Howard (April 6) and Hampton (April 10).
 
Richmond will host George Mason on April 12, and then the Patriots will stay in Richmond to play Fordham in their last regular season Atlantic 10 match.
 
Three home matches will round out the regular season: April 14 against Villanova, and April 20 & 21, opponents TBA.
 
The Atlantic-10 tournament will be held in Orlando, Fl. from April 23 to 28.
