"Nourene and Sarah worked very well together until deep into the race as did a number of the other pairs of women" stated Coach Gerard. "Overall a positive race that will help us in the coming weeks. For both genders, we had fairly conservative race plans. We emphasized packing up and working together closely until pretty late in each race and then working on closing hard so it was good to see the positive results despite folks holding back through a good portion of each race"
George Mason cross country will be back in action, September 30th at Bethlehem, Pa.
