Fairfax, Va. – The George Mason men's golf team finished seventh out of 14 teams at the River Run Collegiate, hosted by Atlantic 10 Champions Davidson.

Mason (288-282-291=861) entered the final round in seventh place three strokes behind Eastern Michigan and Old Dominion. The Patriots couldn't cut into the lead and finished six strokes behind Eastern Michigan. Radford finished the tournament on top with a six-under par, followed by East Carolina (-1), Delaware (+4), and host Davidson (+4).

For the second straight tournament, Aryan Vuradi led the Patriots. The sophomore finished t-11 in the field of 80 players at the Par 70, 6,871-yard River Run Country Club. Vuradi was at even-par through 16 holes in the final round before ending the round with a double-bogey and a birdie to finish one-over par 70.  

Senior Nikita Gubenko finished t-22 overall with a 5-over par 215 (70-71-74=215).

Freshman JJ Powell carded the best round of the tournament for Mason with a one-under par 69 in the second round. Powell scored a three-over par 73 in the final round to finish t-25 overall.

Sophomore Samir Davidov finished t-36 overall.
