Fairfax - The A-10 Preseason Poll for women's cross country has been released and George Mason was picked to finish in third, tallying up 181 points tied with La Salle. Loyola Chicago was picked to finish top of the table with 222 points with Richmond finishing right below with 191 points.
In the 2022 A-10 Cross Country Championships, George Mason had their best finish in the A-10 Championship ending up in third underneath La Salle and Loyola Chicago, who are currently the champions.
Kate O'Neill placed in the Top 15 which earned her All-Conference honors and she will be returning this season to help bring back the A-10 title.
Kenzie Dillman,
Katryna Aulenbach, and
Nourene Nabbus will also be returning this season.
The A-10 Cross Country Championships will be hosted by Dayton at Ohio, on October 28
th, 2023.
Mason will start its season this Saturday (September 2) traveling to Mechanicsville, VA to compete in the Richmond Spider Alumni Open.
