FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's lacrosse team will wrap up its regular season home schedule on Saturday as it welcomes the VCU Rams to George Mason Stadium for Senior Day.
The Patriots will look to even the all-time series and snap a four-game losing streak to the Rams as VCU has won the last four meetings. Mason won the first three meetings spanning from 2016-2018.
Both teams are coming off of tough Atlantic 10 losses as VCU dropped a home contest to No. 14 Massachusetts and Mason fell to St. Bonaventure on the road.
The Patriots and the Rams are both 2-5 in Atlantic 10 play this season with wins over Duquesne and La Salle, with Mason's two wins at home and VCU's two wins on the road.

- Prior to the game, the George Mason women's lacrosse team will honor their four graduating seniors for Senior Day: Meghan Deehan, Morgan Gunn, Olivia Heaton and Makayla Hutchinson
- Senior Shannon Tuozzo recorded her seventh hat-trick of the season in against St. Bonaventure last Saturday. She has 37 goals on the season, averaging 2.85 goals/game (3rd, A-10). She is also first on the team and sixth in the A-10 with 4.62 draw controls/game
- Junior Kate Elam tallied two goals against the Bonnies for her fourth-straight multi-goal performance. She has scored 14 goals during that stretch and is now second on the team with 25 points
- Defensively, Melanie Hutchinson leads Mason with 13 caused turnovers
- Senior Meghan Deehan ranks fourth in the Atlantic 10 with 8.46 saves per game after an 11-save performance against the Bonnies while leading the team with 25 ground balls
