Fairfax, Va. -- In a match that went more than five hours, including a delay for weather, the outcome wasn't determined until the final match. In the end, the Bonnies prevailed 4-3 against Mason at the George Mason Tennis Complex.
"This was a tough 4-3 loss," said Head Coach Steve Curtis. "We came out a little flat and we're not able to overcome the Bonnies. We will rebound for tomorrow's match versus Dayton."
St. Bonaventure began strong winning the doubles point, which proved the difference in the final score. The teams split the singles points.
