"Raleigh always provides a good outdoor 'big' meet feeling, and there were a lot of performances that matched the excellent atmosphere and competition. Our sprints group executed a lot of goals, and kick started some very worthwhile energy," said Coach Gerard. "Our jumps group, throws group and distance group all followed suit. Notably Wes Bond notched a Top 4 All-Time mark in the 10,000 and Micah Jones leapt his way to a USA U20 National Championship qualifying mark among a bunch of other season's bests and personal bests. We head back to Fairfax in a good spot knowing what we will do with the training and competition coming down the pike."

The Patriots will compete in the Colonial Relays down in Williamsburg, Va., beginning this Thursday.
