FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason's Men and Women's Track and Field teams will begin its indoor season by hosting the Father Diamond Invitational at the Fieldhouse tomorrow.
The women's Pole Vault will begin at 10:30 A.M. and the men's 4x400m will close out the day at about 3:45.
This is first time the Father Diamond Invitational has occurred since 2020 due to COVID-19 and other complications.
Although a relatively small meet, both teams will get an opportunity to show the work they have been putting in this past fall and build on their goals for the season.
This is one of three track and field meets hosted at Mason this year. The second is the Patriot Games from January 27-28 and lastly the Dalton Ebanks Invitational on April 8
th.
The Patriots will compete at the VMI Invitational next, which begins a week from today on January 13.
