FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason University men's tennis head coach Jimmy Davis has announced that Zavan Fahim will join the Patriots roster beginning this fall.
 
A native of Barboursville, Va., Fahim recently wrapped up his high school career at Acellus Academy. He also attended Albermarle High School in Charlottesville.
 
"We're excited to have Zavan join us," Davis said. "He's going to add a lot of grit and fight to our lineup and is someone who we believe can make an immediate impact for our program."
 
Fahim was named a district champion during his high school career and earned a Moroccan Team Club Championship. He also was named to the honor roll during his career.
 
Fahim comes from a tennis family, as his father, Mourad, suited up for the Radford Highlanders during his career.
