Atlantic 10 release

FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason sophomore Ali Tyler was selected Atlantic 10 Women's Performer of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced on Tuesday.

Tyler won three individual events, set a program record and meet record, and was part of four first-place relay teams at the Patriot Invitational held Nov. 17-19 at the Aquatic and Fitness Center in Fairfax, Va.

A sophomore from Cheshire, Conn., Tyler set a meet record in the 200-yard IM with a time of 1:59.45.  She also took the top spot in both the 100-yard backstroke (53.53) and 200-yard backstroke (1:57.55).

Tyler was part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that broke the program record with a time of 1:31.68.  She also was a member of the winning 200-yard medley relay (1:40.71), 400-yard medley relay (3:40.32) and 800-yard freestyle relay (7:21.67).
