FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University men's tennis team looks to wrap up its fall season in strong fashion this week during the ITA Regional in Charlottesville.
 
Competition begins Wednesday and runs through Sunday. Freshman Monil Lotlikar will represent the Patriots in the silver draw, while graduate student Rishab Sardana is an alternate for the silver. The rest of the George Mason roster will compete in the bronze draw.
 
All 10 Patriots also will suit up in five doubles teams within the bronze draw.
 
Daily results and draw information will be available throughout the week through the ITA website.
 
Mason looks to cap an outstanding fall season in which the Patriots are 52-34 (.605) in singles action. Freshmen Monil Lotlikar and Alvaro Pedraza are a combined 18-5, while sophomore Niza Simunyola is 8-2.
 
Lotlikar won two matches at the ITA All-American Championships earlier in the fall and will look to continue his ITA success at the regional this week.
 
The Patriots also will aim to build confidence on the doubles side of the draw. Through the fall season thus far, the teams of Momin Khan/Rithik Sardana and Zavan Fahim/Simunyola lead the way with 4-3 records.
