Senior attack/midfielder
Morgan Rynn personifies the hard work and determination needed to excel in a career in Division I athletics. After two seasons developing in head coach
Jessy Morgan's system, Rynn blossomed as a junior, where she made a major impact on both sides of the field (14g, 3a, 28 gb, 24 ct). She had an excellent start to her senior campaign, hitting more than half of her 2019 point total (11) in just seven games.
As a junior, she helped the Patriots match school records for A-10 wins (7) and A-10 Tournament seed (#2). This season, Rynn and the Patriots picked up nice wins over William & Mary, Delaware, Mt. St. Mary's and UC Davis, before the season came to a close in early March.
Rynn sat down with GoMason.com to reflect on her four seasons and her overall experience as a student-athlete at George Mason University.
