WHY DID YOU CHOOSE MASON?: I chose Mason because it has a great Global Affairs program, it is close to Washington D.C. I fell in love with the team, it's like bring a part of a family and that really helps since I am an international student. Mason has great facilities here and they have all I need in order to become a better student and athlete.
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT MASON MEAN TO YOU?: It means a lot. Being a student-athlete provides me with unique opportunity to align my education and basketball. Which would be very hard and most likely not possible for me to do in Lithuania. It provides me a wonderful support group and ability to improve my leadership skills, grow as an all-around individual and improve as an athlete.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MASON MEMORY?:
My favorite Mason memory is my first college basketball game.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS SEASON?:
My personal goals are to become a better player and excel in the classroom
FAVORITE CLASS?: History
CAREER PLANS AFTER GEORGE MASON?: I would love to work with UNICEF in the human development field or United Nations.
WHAT DOES THE PATRIOT CLUB'S SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT MEAN TO YOU?: It means the world to me. Playing basketball at a Division 1 university and getting my education was one of my biggest dreams growing up. I know that if not for basketball and the Patriot Club's scholarship support I wouldn't be able to afford my education. I am beyond thankful for everyone who helped me and are still helping to make this dream come true.
