SCOUTING THE RAMS
Rhode Island: 11-17, 0-4 A-10
Rhode Island is currently on a seven-game losing streak, including a midweek loss to Fairfield on April 3. The Rams are 0-4 in conference play after being swept by Saint Joseph's and suffering a loss to Dayton.
Due to A-10 game-play conditions, the Rams' final two games against Dayton were canceled last weekend. In the lone contest, Rhode Island fell to the Flyers, 1-0.
Mason leads the all-time series, 12-6. Last season, Rhode Island claimed the series, 2-1, in Fairfax, Va. In a dramatic series finale, the Rams claimed the 6-4 victory in 11 innings.
