The Patriots (9-5, 5-1) have a key weekend home stand, beginning with Saint Joseph's (9-5, 5-1) on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. On Sunday, Mason's three seniors will be honored prior to the game against #RevRival George Washington. 
 
The Patriots and Hawks, along with the Richmond Spiders are in a three-way tie in the conference standings, behind UMass (6-0). The Patriots wrap up the regular season on Friday, April 19 at VCU before hosting the Atlantic 10 Championships April 25-28.

SCOUTING SAINT JOSEPH'S (9-5, 5-1)
Saint Joseph's has won two straight games after an 11-8 setback at Massachusetts (3/31). The Hawks are led by senior attacker Francesca Donato who earned the conference player of the week honors on Monday after she posted 15 points (10g, 5a) in SJU's 2-0 weekend. In SJU's 15-8 home win over George Washington (4/5), Donato went for six points on four goals and two helpers. The attacker from Langhorne, Pa., followed up with nine points on six goals and three helpers in SJU's 19-12 home win over Davidson (4/7). Stephanie Kelly is second for the Hawks in points with 55, including 27 goals.
 
SEASON SERIES
George Mason has dropped three straight games in the series with Saint Joseph's but own a 9-5 overall record. In the last meeting, Mason suffered a 14-9 loss to Saint Joseph's in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 Lacrosse Championships. It was Mason's second loss to the Hawks in 11 days as the Patriots' season came to an end. 
 
LAST TIME OUT 
George Mason got career-high performances from goalkeeper Melissa Semkiw and freshman attacker Deanna Balsama as the Patriots defeated Duquesne, 14-13 at Rooney Field in Pittsburgh on Sunday. Balsama, who earned conference rookie of the week honors on Monday, tied her career-high with five goals and Semkiw stopped a career-high tying 19 shots. 
 
SCOUTING GEORGE WASHINGTON (5-9, 3-3)
The Colonials play Duquesne on Friday at home before driving to Fairfax as part of the schools Revolutionary Rivalry series. The Colonials are led by junior Katie Quinn and Freshman Tori Hampton, each with 23 goals on the season. Quinn leads GW with 32 points and has 24 draw controls. Hampton leads the Colonials with a 82.1 shots on goal percentage (SOG%). The goalkeeper Jenna Oler has played in every game and has a 46.2 save percentage.

George Mason owns a commanding 14-3 lead in the overall series that dates back to 2002. The Patriots have won four straight games in the #RevRivalry series against the Colonials, last experiencing a setback in 2014, the inaugural A-10 season for Mason. In the last meeting, the Patriots won 25-11 in Washington, D.C.
