A pair of Patriots' netters will travel to Blacksburg, Va. for the ITA Regionals, held this year on Virginia Tech's campus. The five-day tournament begins Friday, Oct. 25 and runs through the championship matches on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
 
Mason freshman Paige La will compete in singles and team up with junior Hannah Yang in doubles competition. The duo kicks off doubles action Friday at 2:30 p.m. against Taylor Cook and Alexa Quintanilla from Mount St. Mary's at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center.
 
La's collegiate career is off to a resounding start, recording an 11-1 singles record from the top singles position for the Patriots this fall. In doubles, La and Yang as a team have dominated the courts with a 9-2 record.
 
The Fairfax native, La will open the singles portion of the tournament against Kylie Moulin from James Madison.
