FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason junior Ryan Donnelly has been named Atlantic 10 Men's Swimming and Diving Co-Performer of the Week for meets held Jan. 14-20, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Donnelly, a native of Raleigh, N.C., won the 200-yard backstroke (1:49.16) and placed second in the 100-yard backstroke (50.67) against American, Army and Old Dominion on Jan. 19 at the Jim McKay Natatorium in Fairfax.

Donnelly helped the Patriots to a 2-1 record in the quad meet, with Mason defeating American, 246-50 and Old Dominion, 192-108.

The Mason men's team finished the regular season with an overall record of 7-1, including a mark of 4-0 against A-10 opponents.

The Patriots are back in action when they compete in the Atlantic 10 Championships Feb. 20-23 at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
