FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason baseball game scheduled to be played at Georgetown on Friday, March 31 has been cancelled due to impending inclement weather. The game will now be played as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, April 1 at Spuhler Field with the first pitch for game one slated for 12 p.m.
All three games of the series will now be played at Spuhler Field. The first game of the series was originally scheduled to be played at Shirley Povich Field in Bethesda, Md.
The Patriots will play the Hoyas in a doubleheader on Saturday, while the series finale on Sunday, April 2 will remain as scheduled with a 1 p.m. start time.
