Brallier Earns CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention

FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason junior Sarah Brallier has been selected 2016 CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention.

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) selected a record 853 swimmers and divers for its Scholar All-America team.  The selections recognize students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and have participated in their respective NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships. 

Brallier, a native of Midlothian, Va., won bronze with a third place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships (2:15.70).

During the season, Brallier recorded nine first place, five second place and seven third place finishes including wins in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.25) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:23.17) Jan. 18 against George Washington.
