FAIRFAX, Va-- The George Mason women's lacrosse team is excited to welcome Fairfax, VA native, and W.T. Woodson graduate, Rachel Obregon to the women's lacrosse staff.  Rachel was a standout player for Mason for three years, from 2011-14, after transferring from Monmouth University.  During her time at Mason, Rachel was All-CAA second team in 2013 and Atlantic-10 second team member in 2014, during which year she was a team captain.

 Obregon finished her Mason career with 114 points (89 goals, 25 assists).  After completing her George Mason degree in elementary education, Rachel went on to coach lacrosse in England for one year with the English Lacrosse Association's international coaching program.  Along with her lacrosse background, Rachel has worked as a physical trainer and is also helping to spearhead the growth of the National Lacrosse Club.
