George Mason and Mount St. Mary's meet for the first time since 2011 on Tuesday, where Mason took the 9-5 victory. The Patriots and Mountaineers meet for the 17th time with Mason holding the 13-3 series advantage.

Mason won one out of three games vs. Fordham in the Bronx this past weekend after being defeated by Georgetown on Tuesday. Jake Kalish earned his second win of the season on Friday and batted .412 in four games at the plate this past week. Luke Willis and Michael Smith each went 6-13 in the weekend series with a triple and two stolen bases.

Scott Nickerson is scheduled to make the start for the Mountaineers. He comes into Tuesday with a record of 0-1 and an ERA of 10.05. Mount St. Mary's most recently split a four-game series with conference opponent Central Connecticut St. The win on Thursday broke a 14-game losing streak. Andrew Clow spearheads the offense with an average of .384 and is one of three players with 11 RBI.
