George Mason lacrosse returns home Friday to host Atlantic 10 foe La Salle at 1:30 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. The programs have met once before, resulting in a 13-4 Patriot loss last season.

The Patriots are coming off a 2-1 road trip including a 14-12 win at Saint Joseph's to open conference play. In the most recent outing, Mason fell 17-7 at UMass Sunday. Jacquelyn Spalding leads the Patriots and the A-10 with 43 points behind 24 goals and 19 assists on the season, good for 17th in the nation. Sophomore Alexa McGovern has 22 points with 20 goals and two assists along with 33 draw controls. As a team, Mason leads the A-10 in points with 138.

The Explorers are coming to Fairfax off a 10-8 win over George Washington Sunday and have won four of their last five contests. Allee Ilgenfritz leads La Salle with 28 points with 21 goals and seven assists followed by Katelyn Fay with 23 points on 17 goals and four assists. As a team, the Explorers lead the conference in scoring offense with 11.38 points per game.

The Patriots return to the road to face Davidson April 10 before hosting Richmond on April 12 at 1 p.m.
