Michael Johnson Invitational Information | Larry Ellis Invitational Information

George Mason track and field continues outdoor competition this weekend with competitors traveling to the Larry Ellis Invitational hosted by Princeton as well as Baylor's Michael Johnson Invitational.

Events for the Larry Ellis Invitational are set to start Friday afternoon and conclude Saturday evening. The Patriots will begin competition with the women's hammer throw set to start at 2 p.m. Friday featuring Haley Hale, Arianna Melton and Emily Muniz. Mason will conclude Friday's competition with the women's 5000m run featuring Bethany Sachtleben and Bailey Kolonich at 9 p.m.  Action resumes Saturday morning at 11 am.

The Patriots send a contingent of sprinters and jumpers to the Michael Johnson Invitational. Raeshawn Bishop and Byron Sintim are set to open competition for the Patriots in the men's long jump, starting at 1 p.m. central time. Mason will wrap up the weekend with both the men's and women's 4x400m relays set for 8:10 p.m. central time.
