FAIRFAX, Va. - George Mason wrestling assistant coach Israel Silva has been selected to coach the USA Junior Women's team for the upcoming Junior Pan-American Championships.

Silva has been on the international stage before as a four-time World Team Member for Mexico, three-time Freestyle Pan American medalist and 2012 Olympic alternate as a wrestler.

The Championships are scheduled to take place from May 6-8 in Havana, Cuba, which consist of freestyle, Greco-Roman and female wrestling.
