Mason Golf in Fourth after First Round at Navy Invite

Patriots Finish 16th at Liberty Spring Invitational

AMHERST, VA - The George Mason Men's Golf team wrapped up the final round of action on Saturday at the Liberty Spring Invitational in Amherst, VA at Poplar Grove Golf Course. The Patriots finished 16th in the 18 team field posting a total score of 940 for the tournament (309+309+322).

Freshman Brock Kovach led the way for the Patriots for the tournament finishing tied for 62nd place with scores of 76, 73, and 83. Senior Zack Lauzon had the lowest round of the day Saturday for the Patriots, firing a round of 76.

The Patriots return to action April 18-19 in Raleigh, NC at the Wolfpack Spring Open.
