Mason Junior Sydney Fisher earned CollegeSwimming.com's Swimmer-of-the-Week for the Atlantic 10 for her performance in the Mason Quad meet held last weekend at the Aquatic and Fitness Center on campus.

The Patriots women's team finished 2-1 in the POD meet defeating Drexel 208-143 and Northeastern 183-169, but falling to Towson. The Richmond, Va. native earned first place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle event with a time of 23.40 and the 100-yard freestyle in 51.80.

Fisher has placed first, second or third in the 50-yard and the 100 yard freestyle events in every meet this season.
