FAIRFAX, Va. – Six different members of the George Mason wrestling team earned top—eight finishes after competing at the 2014 ASICS University and FILA Cadet Nationals from May 23-25 in Akron, Ohio.

Jake Kettler earned the highest result, placing second in the Greco-Roman tournament 130kg. Sahid Kargbo finished fourth in the tournament at 66kg while Ibrahim Bunduka placed sixth at 59kg and Nikolas Weiser and Zach Martinez each placed seventh at 63kg and 85kg, respectively.

Kargbo and Matt Meadows also wrestled in the Freestyle portion of the tournament. Kargbo finshed sixth overall at 65kg and Meadows eighth at 97kg.

Bunduka and Kargbo will also be competing at FILA Junior World Team Trials in Madison, WI on Friday, May 30. Bunduka will wrestle at 55kg and Kargbo at 66kg.
