***Due to course setup, the Championships have been delayed by one hour on Sunday. Preliminary races will begin at 9 a.m. and everything will be pushed back exactly one hour.***

NEWS & NOTES
Just a few days away from the 2014 Atlantic 10 Rowing Championships, the George Mason rowing team is using its final practices to prep for its A-10 debut on Sunday. Racing kicks off with preliminary heats at 9 a.m. on Sunday at the Occoquan Reservoir. The top three boats in the preliminary rounds will advance to the Grand Finals later in the morning, while the remaining boats will advance to the Petite Final. A points system will be implemented during the finals to determine the final standings.

The winner of this year's championship will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Women's Rowing Championship, May 30-June 1 at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Indiana. Rhode Island has won the past two A-10 Championships and four of the past six titles. UMass has claimed 13 A-10 Championships, the most in the conference.
