Mandissa Marshall has been recognized by the Eastern College Athletic Conference as the south regions women's Athlete of the Week after placing first in the Pole Vault at the Raleigh Relays with a mark of 4.25 meters. The senior currently ranks seventh in the nation in the Pole Vault.

This is Marshall's second award of the week, she was also recognized by the Atlantic 10 as the female Performer of the Week.
